Say what you will about "mind over matter--it only matters if you mind it" . . .
I miss Dave!
I know he's where he needs to be, with his dad, but I really really miss him (and Jonah).
So much so, that I've decided to create my own diet program. It's called: "Eat Your Troubles Away."
Here's what Day 1 looks like:
1. Breakfast: Maple Bar (with 8 oz. water of course).
2. Snack: 5-7 mini candybars (My preference: Butterfingers. I like my candy to stick to my teeth.).
3. Lunch: SKIP IT. That leaves more room for mini candybars later.
4. Snack: 2 bags Fruitsnacks. Four pretzels. Bowl of sugar cereal.
5. Dinner: Buttermilk/Battered/Fried Chicken Fingers, Mashed Potatoes (with sour cream, cream cheese, and butter), green beans (veggie for day of course).
6. Dessert: Pioneer Woman's Apple Dumplings (crescent rolls, butter, Mountain Dew, sugar, cinnamon, and two apples--hilarious).
7. Snack: Handful of mini candybars. Oh! And a glass of water. (At least I don't drink my soda--I put it in the dumplings.)
PS: Be sure to take a multi-vitamin at some point in the day. This should give you anything you're missing. LOL!
