Studying for His Learner's Permit

Jonah doesn't get nearly enough "face time" on the blog (and he makes me well aware of it, but in my defense, at age 14, he's just not a big fan of his me/mom snapping photos of him).

But this week I was in luck.

When I uploaded the photos from this past week's "life," I found 20+ photos of Jonah skateboarding and scootering (not a word?).

I don't know when he took these (well, sometime this week). And I don't know who took them (I think Sam C.).

But, I love them.

They completely capture Jonah's life at this stage/season.

He's 14. He's growing like crazy (he's taller than me). He doesn't like to do homework. He loves to be outside. He repairs anything and everything he can get his hands on (toasters, bikes, tires, etc.). He's makes us laugh. He helps at home. He sees Dave and I for what we are--human.

And he has his whole life in front of him.

We love him so much. Jonah, you are the world to us. (It seems like just yesterday, Grandma Joanne bought you those size 6mos clown shoes. And you loved them. JK).

And then there's Ozzy. This guy gets a ton of attention and time on the blog.
He's getting ready for the Ugly Christmas Sweater Party!
