Merry and Bright

Here are a few of this month's Favorite Things, in honor of Julie Andrews/Sound of Music:

* Making Christmas cookies.

* Watching kids make a gingerbread house (Melayna--not too bad?).

* Celebrating our First Christmas with LuLu and Jr.

* Getting an early Christmas gift with Kaya--a Christmas kitten (Orange, in rememberance of Fahdji. Oh, Fatty, why did you have to go. Ugh.).

* Getting photos from Jonah and Dave on their amazing Scouting overnighter to Moab. They hiked/climbed these amazing trails/mountains/arches!

* Celebrating Hanukkah.

* Celebrating Paige, Dave and Mary's Birthday!
