We're getting ready for Cam's birthday around here. (It's not easy to do--on the heels of her tonsil owie. But she is on the mend and looking forward to being an official teenager! Thanks again to all of the friends who have come to visit. It's made the recovery so much easier. Truly!)
Cam's such an amazing young girl. She makes it easy to be her mom. She's so easy-going. So positive. So friendly. So kind. I feel so fortunate to be her mom. She teaches me a TON and she reminds me to enjoy the present (because Camry is always "where she is" and nowhere else).
. . . now, if I could just get her to stop painting her nails RED on the countertop in the bathroom. (ARGH. If I were Mrs. Potato Head I'd put in my angry eyes as I type this.)
